how to quit smoking

this morning, i went to my quit smoking support site (http://quit-smoking-support.woofmang.com/) and found this awesome post by one of my members:
The other day my wife and I were talking to someone about smoking and we told her that we'd quit.
She ask, "How did you do it?"
We responded by saying, "We stopped smoking."
'Nuff said.
that pretty much says it all.
